Rosemead, CAPosted May 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

When I went through Southern California Edison’s interview, the whole experience felt more like a formality than a genuine evaluation.

I walked in with the impression that the decision had already been made before the interviews even started, and the structure felt like it was primarily for show.

The questions themselves weren’t memorable in a way that helped me feel assessed; instead, the vibe was that the process was mostly predetermined. I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the biggest takeaway was how little it felt like my performance could change the result once it began.
