Sopra Steria Software Engineer interview experience

During that session, my background and current projects were the center of the conversation, and there were also technical questions.

What surprised me was that it didn’t really feel like a technical problem-solving interview. Instead of solving anything like LeetCode, the questions were more theoretical and discussion-based—more about explaining and positioning what I knew.

It was a comfortable, low-pressure experience. I left feeling like the interviewers wanted to understand me clearly and not test me through difficult exercises.
