Sopra Steria Software Engineer interview experience

After I finished that, the process moved into more people-facing stages rather than straight coding. I went through a group discussion next, then a technical interview, and finally an HR interview to close it out.

Overall it didn’t feel especially hard to get through. The questions across the early rounds were framed as straightforward screening, and the vibe was that they were trying to see fit more than trying to trick me. The communication felt easy and the whole sequence felt organized, like I was being guided through checkpoints.
