Sony Account Executive interview experience

First, I submitted my application and then HR reached out for an initial video interview. That first call set the baseline for what they wanted to understand about me, and after that I was invited to a second interview that took place in person.

The pacing felt quick enough that I couldn’t overthink anything, but the end result was disappointing: I was later informed I wasn’t being selected. Emotionally, it was a letdown, but the process itself was clean and organized, and I didn’t get the sense that anything went off the rails—just that it didn’t land for them after the second stage.
