Sogeti Business Intelligence Analyst interview experience

I met them at a campus career fair and then went into an in-person interview day from morning until mid-afternoon with multiple one-on-ones. The first few conversations were behavioral and conversational, and I could keep up with those without feeling blindsided.

Then the technical portion hit, and it was brutal in a way that felt out of proportion to my experience level. I was asked very advanced questions tied to tools I’d only had a short introductory exposure to, including performance-related topics and transformation details that clearly assumed more depth than what I had on my resume.
