Softtek Software Engineer interview experience

I took an aptitude test covering general computer knowledge and basic problem areas, and then I was called for technical and HR rounds. The overall hiring flow felt straightforward, and I remember it as a process that didn’t feel too hectic.

The technical parts centered heavily on what I’d done before and how it connected to the role. I was asked relatively simple algorithm-style questions, plus a few web application topics. On paper, it looked like the kind of assessment where basic understanding of at least one programming language would go a long way, and in practice that’s how it felt.
