Boston, MAPosted Jan 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a recruiter screen, then moved straight into a hiring manager conversation.

After that there was a technical screen, followed by a panel presentation. Throughout the process I kept feeling like I was being pulled along by the same people, since the recruiter and manager stayed connected with me and didn’t disappear between rounds.

Overall it felt average in difficulty, but my familiarity with the product and genuine interest in it probably helped the conversations land better. I walked away from each step feeling like there was a clear thread to what they cared about, even though I didn’t end up receiving an offer.
