Snyk Software Engineer interview experience

From there it moved into a take-home assignment and a coding interview.

After the coding step, I met another team leader, and then there was a senior manager discussion that felt more like a culture-fit conversation than a technical deep dive. It was a fairly HR-flavored landing round, so by the end I felt like they were validating how I’d fit alongside the team, not just whether I could do the work. I didn’t receive an offer, but the stages were clear enough that it didn’t feel like I was guessing what was coming next.
