I applied through RippleMatch and then got an email from a Snapchat recruiter for two one-hour interviews.

Both interviews combined technical and behavioral components, and the structure felt balanced enough that it didn’t just turn into an algorithm-only screening.

The technical and behavioral mix made the conversations feel grounded in how I worked, not just whether I could produce a correct solution quickly. After those two rounds, I received an offer and accepted.

Overall, it felt like a clean, efficient loop from first contact to decision. I didn’t feel dragged through extra stages, and the experience landed on the positive side—especially because I got to a clear result quickly.
