I got a phone call in the middle of the day and they jumped straight into technical questions right away, without really checking whether I could talk.

I remember trying to keep up while the timing felt off from the start.

Later they scheduled a Teams interview, but on the day of the round they said the panel wasn’t available. After that, nothing moved forward—there was no reschedule and no proper follow-up with an explanation. The whole experience left me feeling like the process wasn’t managed professionally, and it wasted a lot of my time.
