Silicon Labs Software Engineer interview experience

Then I went straight into a phone call with the test manager, and the focus felt very targeted toward the kind of work tied to microcontroller design.

After that manager screen, the process moved quickly into more phone-based evaluation. I had a second round on the following week that leaned more technical, while the earlier one was framed more around fit and the manager’s perspective. Across both calls, I felt like the main theme was whether my experience matched what they needed from a microcontroller/design background, and the format stayed simple and phone-based the whole way through.
