I started with a quick recruiter-style scan over the phone, then about a week later I did an online technical coding interview with a few engineers.

After that, I took an online personality assessment. The final step was an interview with both the HR and the hiring manager.

What stood out was how fast the process tightened at the end: my interview with the hiring manager happened back-to-back immediately with an unofficial offer. Later the same day, I received the official offer by email. Overall it felt straightforward and well-structured, and I remember leaving the final round feeling confident they already had a clear sense of what they were looking for.
