Siemens Software Engineer interview experience

The interview sequence started with a written test focused on a filtration process, and after that I went through four stages of interviews. The first technical stage came first, then I spoke with the hiring manager, followed by a round with business partners, and finally there was an HR interview to close it out.

The whole thing had a calm pace—nothing felt chaotic—and it landed as “good” rather than overly intimidating. I didn’t walk out feeling blindsided by any one question type; it was more like different stakeholders were checking different aspects of how I think and communicate.
