The whole thing happened quickly and was fully online via Teams.

At the start there were the typical questions about availability and salary expectations. I did the interview and then heard nothing for a while.

What stood out was how abrupt the process felt afterward: they never sent a rejection email, and when I followed up I requested the final decision. I received a simple “no” without individualized feedback, and after that I never heard from them again. Even though the timeline itself was fast, the lack of communication and detail made the ending feel pretty cold.
