My interview process ended up being just one conversation with the project lead.

It lasted about 20 minutes, and we began with a quick discussion around my personal motivation for wanting to work at the company. After that, I was given a technical, algorithmic task to work through.

It honestly felt pretty direct, with no long gauntlet of extra rounds. I got the offer within three days, so the process felt fast and clean—and the short format made it easier to stay focused on the task.
