I went through a friendly, two-step interview flow that felt lighter than I expected.

The overall vibe was supportive, and the interviewer did a good job of keeping my stress down while I answered. The questions centered on basics tied to prior experience, especially around support-style work—how I handled real troubleshooting situations and how I managed cases when something went wrong.

Even though I didn’t clear the full process, it didn’t feel like a rejection driven by confusion. The format still built some momentum: I went in, answered the practical questions clearly, and left feeling like I had real interview experience instead of just a one-shot screening.
