My interview kicked off with a phone call where they asked a few short questions about the role I was applying for.

After that, they brought me into an in-person headquarters interview where the discussion got more detailed—both technically and on the personal side.

The in-person format stood out because it felt like they wanted a more complete picture rather than just a quick screen. Overall it came across as a more thorough evaluation of how I thought and how I fit, even though the initial phone stage was brief.
