Siemens Energy Solutions Engineer interview experience

It ran through four rounds: two technical interviews, then an HR round, and finally a plant head interview. The structure was clear—different interviewers, increasing specificity as it progressed—but the total time commitment stretched it out.

I remember feeling like I kept needing to restart my focus each time I moved to a new round, and the last stage with the plant head carried extra weight because it was the final checkpoint. Even without an offer, the experience gave me a real sense that the process was thorough and built to pressure-test fit from multiple angles.
