Bellevue, WAPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied online and then got pulled into a staged process that started with an assessment across C++ and Ruby.

I could answer the early questions in Python, but the later ones locked into their respective languages, which was the main thing that added friction.

Next came a technical interview where I could choose the language, and then I did a life story interview. The overall experience felt relatively easy, and by the time I reached the later stages, it had still stayed within my comfort zone. In one version of the process I didn’t get an offer, and in the other I did—but the interview journey itself followed that same flow.
