I started with an initial recruiter call that was framed as a life story conversation—more about walking through my background than testing me on trivia.

After that, I moved into a combined round that included a project presentation and a technical portion mixing OOD and leetcode.

What helped the overall feeling was that AI and googling were allowed during the interview, which made the technical discussion feel less like a closed-book contest. The whole thing was generally pretty easy for me, and in the version where I received an offer, the same general flow applied.
