My interview arc involved a long stretch of stages and a focus on both guided expectations and process walkthroughs, including life story and deep technical evaluation.

Recruiter / expectations-setting — the recruiter helped lay out the process and guided me through what to expect.
Hiring manager conversation — a structured discussion about role fit.
Life story — behavioral narrative focused on experience and motivation.
Technical round / panel — additional technical evaluation after life story.
Multiple stages over time — the whole process took over two months. Outcome: I don’t have a reported offer decision for this group; takeaway is that the process could be lengthy but structured, with clear step-by-step expectations.
