The process I went through was mostly straightforward and organized, but it did include a few curveballs.

I started with a phone screen, and then I met with several managers who asked a set of prepared questions.

I remember the managers inviting me into the conversation rather than grilling me, and that tone made the interview feel more collaborative. Even when some parts were unexpected, the overall structure stayed clear.

What I took away was that it was easy to follow what was happening next, and the interviewers were genuinely open to the conversation. By the end, I felt like I had a fair chance to show fit, not just survive an interview loop.
