My experience with Shift started with delays and then got worse.

In one timeline, HR promised feedback quickly—within a couple of days—but after a week I had to email to check in, and I was essentially ignored without even a clear “not selected” message.

On another path, I made it deep enough to line up a CEO meeting. After the earlier interviews, communication went silent for about a week, then scheduling messages came in and didn’t land cleanly. I ended up chasing confirmation, and the explanations for missing emails didn’t match how carefully I tracked my inbox, including spam. The last scheduling update felt last-minute and still unclear.
