My process felt streamlined and fairly simple, and I moved from an initial recruiter conversation into the hiring manager interview quickly.

The hiring manager interview was very conversational and blended typical interview questions as the discussion flowed.

After that, I reached the presentation round. For me, it was essentially a walk-through of what a typical introductory SHI call would look like to schedule a next-step conversation. The round was vague but manageable, and it still left room for more questions after the presentation depending on who could join.

On another step, I also had a timed exercise where I typed out responses to scenario-based emails, and that was a concrete test of how I’d handle the day-to-day
