My interview stood out because it was information-heavy and clearly culture-focused.

I remember having a lot of questions that pushed me to show I understood SHI’s history and that I could speak to the industry and IT more generally, not just sales.

It was difficult to keep up with the amount of studying this required. I left feeling like the bar wasn’t just whether I could talk about myself—it was whether I had taken the time to learn their story and the broader landscape. I couldn’t really tell whether my answers landed perfectly, but it definitely wasn’t an easy process to prepare for.
