I applied for the account executive role online and, after I submitted my resume, I got a phone call with the hiring manager.

That moved pretty quickly into an in-person meeting where I talked with the director. From there the process seemed to snap into place—I was given an offer and I accepted it.

Overall it felt like a direct path with no drama and a pretty clear sequence: recruiter-to-management conversations and then a decision. What stuck with me was how few steps there were and how fast it turned from conversations into an actual offer.
