SHI International Account Executive interview experience

Once we finally connected, everything moved slowly, with long gaps between stages.

I still made it to later rounds that included a recruiter screening, a hiring manager step, an in-person meeting with a peer, and a mock presentation. Even though I got fairly far, the overall pacing never felt smooth, and the waiting between steps added a lot of uncertainty.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I did get the sense that I wasn’t being evaluated in a rush—it was more about getting through a sequence, regardless of how delayed it became.
