My interview unfolded in three steps: a first phone conversation, then a short video interview, and finally a longer video conversation with two upper-management representatives.

The first two parts were brief—both lasted fourteen minutes or less.

The final interview was much longer, around an hour, which made it feel like the real decision conversation compared to the quick initial screens. The contrast in length helped clarify what they cared about most.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, I appreciated the structure—short early check-ins followed by a more substantial final discussion.
