My interview process dragged out longer than I expected.

Overall, it ended up being two calls and three interviews spread over about five weeks.

Even though it was a lengthy timeline, the people I spoke with were genuinely pleasant and no one came across as intimidating. The conversations felt like they were building my understanding of the role, and I learned a lot along the way.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, what I remember most wasn’t conflict or rudeness—it was the contrast between how long it took and how friendly everyone remained throughout.
