I got pulled into the process after a recruiter reached out, and the timeline moved fast.

I interviewed, and then I started the next week, which made everything feel efficient. What surprised me was that there was also a group component.

The group interview gave me the impression that they were bringing in a batch of new grads and moving quickly to acceptance. It didn’t feel like an intense competition; it felt closer to a formality than a high-pressure test. Overall, I walked away thinking the process was set up for momentum, and that matched how quickly I was able to begin.
