I started with a video-based assessment focused on company-fit and how I came across.

The first part felt like competency and strength-style questions wrapped into a “job insights” format, and it took roughly half an hour to complete.

Then the next step leaned more into scenario thinking. I reviewed materials for a real-life inspired business problem, analyzed what was happening, and prepared recommendations to present. It wasn’t just answering interview prompts—it felt like they wanted to see how I structured my thinking when given a prompt and time to work.

There were also timed test components along the way, including verbal reasoning and a work-simulation style test
