Shamrock Trading Corporation Account Executive interview experience

I started with a phone interview that felt structured and professional, and the interviewer kept me engaged from the start. The call lasted about 30–40 minutes and I appreciated how punctual they were.

A short time later, the process moved into Zoom after the initial phone screen. It felt like several different people were involved, but every conversation stayed professional and respectful. Overall the interviews gave me a strong sense that the culture and the people there were genuinely positive, which made me more excited to keep moving through the pipeline.
