I made it through three rounds, and after that the recruiter told me there was one more round coming.

The next step never materialized in any clear way because the recruiter stopped responding to my calls.

It was especially frustrating because the process had already moved forward, and then I was left in limbo without confirmation, timing, or a clear closure. The longer I waited, the more it felt like there wasn’t even basic courtesy around updates once the candidate had given enough time.

I didn’t end up with an offer. What stuck with me was how the uncertainty became the main issue—once communication broke down, it didn’t matter how the earlier rounds went.
