Seattle, WAPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The recruiter part didn’t move much for me at first—I had a quick, engaging hiring manager interview, but then I heard nothing from the recruitment team.

The first round with the hiring manager leaned into behavioral questions, and we also covered a presentation plus a description of the role and the team.

Then I faced what ended up being the only other round: a panel interview with four people. That panel format was very structured: there was a panel introduction, then a candidate introduction with a picture about me, followed by a pitch where I put together a slide about the ServiceNow platform. After that came a ServiceNow product demonstration, a culture-add discussion, and then Q&A.

Even though I didn’t get a clear communication rhythm
