After getting a referral, I was contacted by an internal recruiter and did a video call phone screen that felt like it went well.

I then got scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager.

Right before the scheduled time, the interview got canceled due to an emergency, and I was asked to reschedule for the next day. I agreed, but I heard nothing afterward. I followed up multiple times, and the recruiter who coordinated my earlier step had apparently left the company, so the process stalled again.

Eventually I was told I’d be rescheduled for the following week, but when I reached back out to confirm timing, I got no response at all. By the end, the lack of communication and repeated dead ends made the experience
