My process started with a quick recruiter touchpoint, really light on detail—more of a short set of questions to confirm I qualified for the next step.

The whole thing felt straightforward and low-stress, and it moved along fast. In the first conversation, we talked through the role and the basic expectations, then I was passed to the next person to complete the assessment.

After that, I had an online multi-tasking assessment. It was described as simple and easy to understand, and in practice it came across as a basic computer-style screen rather than anything deeply technical. The timing was pretty tight and I didn’t feel like it was an elaborate gauntlet. Overall it felt like they were trying to keep the early steps efficient.
