I went through a rapid set of interviews for the Account Executive role, with an easy format and a quick decision timeline.

Pre-screen — I had an initial screen to confirm fit.
Recruiter interviews (two back-to-back) — I met with a recruiter for one screen, then again for another follow-up to see if I qualified.
Management team final — I expected a final approval step with the management team the same day. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that the process was fast and straightforward, but I wasn’t selected after the management stage.
