For Account Executive, I had an easy journey that quickly moved from interview to verbal offer and then background-check steps.

Interview scheduling + Zoom interview — I set the interview time by email and completed an initial Zoom interview.
Verbal offer — After the conversation, I received a verbal offer.
Background check — I completed a background check as the next step.
Final offer — After the background check, I received a final offer. Outcome: I got the offer; the takeaway is that once they moved to a verbal offer, the process proceeded cleanly.
