Aurora, COPosted Apr 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had what felt like a calm, friendly interview from the start, and it was mostly one-on-one.

Finding the location was the only real hassle, but I was told I could text my interviewer, which made the whole thing feel easier and more accommodating.

The atmosphere was private and comfortable, and the interviewer did a good job making sure I wasn’t thrown off or rushed. It wasn’t an intense grilling—more of a personable conversation that focused on getting to know me.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the experience itself was positive and easygoing. The biggest takeaway was just how human and welcoming the interview setting felt.
