I found the process very difficult mainly because recruiting follow-up was broken, even though the work itself wasn’t discussed in detail.

Scheduling and follow-up (process hurdle) — The numbers used for outreach were flagged as malicious, and follow-up calls weren’t answered. I ended up relying on email.
Rescheduling attempts via email — The only way they responded was with prompts to pick a better interview time, and even when I replied quickly I often didn’t hear back. Outcome: I didn’t progress; the takeaway is that terrible logistics and responsiveness can make the experience feel worse than the interviews themselves.
