Security On-Demand Software Engineer interview experience

Most of the time was spent walking through my resume and the things I’d done recently, with a few personality questions mixed in. It wasn’t an endurance test either—I remember it lasting about forty minutes and feeling like more of a conversation than a grilling.

After that, I moved into in-person interviews where HR covered general employment questions and I got a more direct look at what they were looking for. The technical portion followed with developers, and the expectation was straightforward: talk through past projects and then build or demonstrate using their Salesforce platform.
