Sears Account Executive interview experience

There was one person interviewing me, and the questions were basic—why I wanted to work there and whether I could handle a schedule that changed week to week.

The call didn’t feel like a deep dive into experience. Instead, it was mostly about fit and availability, and I left with the sense that they were trying to confirm I could be flexible and show up reliably with whatever hours came up.
