Riverside, CAPosted Feb 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was multi-step and intentionally narrowed things down.

I applied online and then went through a multi-round group interview that lasted almost three hours. Each round reduced the field of applicants until I eventually interviewed with the store manager.

The store manager interview was the real deciding point. It ultimately came down to whether they thought I could be hired for the role, and the way the process was structured made it feel selective even though each individual step wasn’t described as overly technical. By the end, it felt like they used the whole interview day to assess fit, not just to chat.
