I started with an online application that included a scenario-based questionnaire.

After I submitted it, I waited a short time and then got a call to come in for an in-person interview. The whole process felt quick and lightweight, and once I showed up, the conversation stayed focused on my basic background and how I fit the role.

There wasn’t much drama or back-and-forth on my end. I remember feeling like I was being evaluated on straightforward fit—previous experience and availability—and then the next step moved fast. Overall it felt like a typical retail hiring flow, where the recruiter sorts you into the manager’s process and things progress once you’re on their radar.
