My interview process took longer than I expected, and it felt like it stretched across multiple steps.

There were lots of online questions before anything in-person happened, and then I had to come in for interviews.

When I finally got in front of people, it turned into a more hands-on experience. I talked with management and even the human resources director, and then I trained for several days on how to sell things on the sales floor. It was a fun way to learn the job, but it also made the whole process feel more serious and time-consuming than a typical quick interview.
