My experience started at a job fair, and it came with that “show up prepared” feeling.

The day began with a group interview, and then as I moved forward I switched into an individual conversation. It wasn’t just talking at random—there was a clear flow from group to personal.

Later, I also went through a process that felt hands-on right away. I was in a group interview, did well, and ended up being offered a position as a shoe sales associate. After that, there was a simulation on the store floor to see how I handled customers. There was an unexpected snag when the computers broke down, which forced me to wait for a couple of hours, but I still had work to do while I waited.
