I had an interview that mixed behavioral questions with specifics about products and schedule.

I was asked about performance under pressure and prior sales experience, plus how I worked with others. They also got into familiarity with home and lawn products and tools, and then shifted into logistics by asking about available hours for the schedule. Overall, it stayed pleasant and conversational.

A different interview felt even more direct and easy to follow. I sat down and answered a few questions about school and my schedule, then went into theoretical questions. The interviewer was nice, stayed straight to the point, and there weren’t any confusing tricks or “double meaning” style
