My interview environment was generally comfortable, and the questions focused on being personable and fit for the role.

One recruiter-style conversation I had felt welcoming and asked pertinent questions, and it included some optimism about where the company was going even during uncertain times.

At the same time, I saw how much tone could vary between interviewers. In another round, the hiring manager was pretty chill and the expectation was clear: they cared about customer service experience and having a good personality, and there was only one round. The process also felt organized, starting with a phone screening and then an in-person interview with standard questions.

One experience felt completely
