My interviews followed a clear structure that stayed mostly rooted in C.

I went through multiple rounds where the format gradually shifted from objective questions into problem solving and then into programming itself. One round used MCQs specifically around C programming, and another round was more like puzzles paired with C programming checks.

What made it feel fair to me was that it wasn’t random across unrelated subjects. If someone was comfortable with C and data structures, the whole process generally stayed within that lane. The difficulty felt like it matched the role: not guesswork, but also not the kind of depth you’d need for esoteric topics.
