Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Software Engineer interview experience

I felt I had a friendly reception and that the people I interacted with were available and engaged, including two superiors and an expert.

Even though I was nervous, the team made me feel welcome without dropping the standards of what they expected in the interview. The experience didn’t feel overly soft; it just felt human.

I didn’t get an offer, but I walked away appreciating the balance between comfort and seriousness, which made the whole thing less intimidating than I expected.
